The Finnish telecom operator needed to modernize its complex, legacy-heavy BSS/OSS stack to improve agility and support "Concept-to-Market" (C2M) efficiency. The project required migrating millions of subscribers while ensuring zero downtime and maintaining strict data governance standards in the Finnish market.
The Solution
As the Architecture Lead, I managed a high-performing team of 15 domain solution architects. My primary focus was:
- End-to-End Design: Produced the foundational solution design for CRM, Order Management, and Billing domains.
- Integration Layer: Defined a common integration layer based on WSO2, bridging the gap between front-end channels and complex downstream systems like Amdocs Billing and SAP.
- Process Engineering: Modeled streamlined Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Trouble-to-Resolve (T2R) workflows using TOGAF and SAFe frameworks.
- Vendor Strategy: Provided critical technical consultation for the selection of enterprise-level security and cloud fulfillment vendors.
